REALTOR.com - Edit Listings

These instructions are for real estate agents / brokers that have an account with realtor.com. The instructions will allow you to add photos, add text banners, add additional text or add scrolling text to a listing. You cannot change the price or other MLS coded information here, that is done in your MLS system. I believe that realtor.com is the best place for real estate agents / brokers to advertise on the internet. When properly combined with a personal, custom site, it is well worth the cost.

1. Go to www.REALTOR.com (or iLead.Realtor.com and skip to item 4)
2. Click on "iMarketing" in the For REALTORS® section of the page.
   
3. Click on "Login Now" in the Control Panel section of the page (left side of the screen).
   
4. Use drop down list to find your MLS and click on it.  Enter your user name where it asks for the "MLS Identifier".  Enter your Password where it asks for the "Agent/Office Password". Check the box that says "Remember My MLS Info on this computer" (It will not remember your password). Then click "Sign In".
   
5. Click in the left side of the screen.
6. Click " (left side of screen).
7. Click on the Edit link in front of the listing that you want to add photos to (middle of the screen).
   
8. On the next page, you'll see several options to edit the listing you have chosen. Click the link to make the changes you desire.
   
   
9. On the Edit Listing Photos - Add photos and text remarks for the photos.
10. On the Edit Text Descriptions - Enter this text (or any text you want displayed) in the REALTOR.com® Description (Click the property photo to see more details and other great internet options. Call Agent Name at Agent Phone today for the very best real estate service.) and property information that tells a little about the property. Leave the MLS Description as it is. And click the REALTOR.com® Description radio button and click the Both radio button.
    
    Then click the button.
     
11. On the Edit Headline - Enter a short heading and - Click Here Now!!! and click .
12. On the Edit Scrolling Text - Enter For Faster Property Search...Click my photo. Don't miss another great listing - we can e-mail them to you...Click my photo for details!!! You'll benefit from our experience and advanced training...Click my photo now - www.AgentWebAddress.com and make the following custom font changes,
    
    then click .
13. Click the Edit Other Info - Enter in your web address www.AgentWebAddress.com then click
14. If you want to add or edit photos or text to another listing click the link to choose the next listing that you want to make changes to (repeat steps 8-12 or just click to end your editing session).
