How to repair your Outlook Express e-mail account

These instructions will show you how to fix your Outlook Express e-mail account if you have an account with AtTheTipWebs.com and use Trend Micro's PC-Cillin 2003 or earlier versions. They have a fix for this but their support isn't user friendly (sucks). This needs to be changed back to your, the correct, mail server.
