Dr. Joe B. Collins, O.D., F.A.A.O - E-Mail:

A 1965 graduate of the The Southern College of Optometry and has done post graduate education with the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Collins has been in private practice in Jacksonville, Arkansas since 1969. His specialty is in contact lens care. He is the founder of The Exodus Group--a group of doctors nationwide that fit specialty contact lenses. Dr. Collins is the author of the book Gentle Molding, which describes orthokeratology for patients. He has lectured nationally on contact lens specialty fits, and has appeared on TV talk shows. Dr. Collins has done numerous FDA clinical trials for the major contact lens manufacturers. He has been a consultant in contact lenses for many national companies. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry since 1966 as well as a member of the Arkansas and American Optometric Associations.

Hinnie has been our office manager since 1995.  She handles some of the accounting, oversees the custom orders and handles customer relations.
